This event is a fundraiser for the La Center Lions Club to help support the Jump Start Backpack Program at the La Center School District.  This program provides a new backpack filled with school supplies for students in need in grades kindergarten through 12th grade.  This is free-will donation event so all are welcome to come to beautiful La Center and enjoy a terrific 5K run/walk.  There will be many raffle items given away as well so make the short drive out to La Center and join in the fun.
