Run begins on east end of Heirtage trail by boat ramp. It is an out and back. Begin on trail by small shelter. Run across grass and road to start of Heritage Trail. The turnaround for the 3 miler is at the 1.25 mile marker. The turnaround for the 5 miler is at the 2.25 mile marker. The markers are off by a quarter mile because we begin a quarter mile before the start of the markers.

There is no group start. However, there is usually a small group at listed start time.
