This is a good run to get your ready for Vancouver Lake Half-marathon.  This run takes place on the Heritage Trail on the east end by the boat ramps on Lacamas Lake.  This is fun run and let’s not forget the special treat that awaits the 10 mile runners right near the turn-around;-)
