Run 3, 5,7 or 10 Mile Run.  Good race to get ready for Vancouver Lake Run the Heritage trail. There are markers every quarter mile. If you are doing the 10 miler, run the full 7 mile course and then run the 3 mile course. Send you results to [email protected] See Less

Race begins at Captain William Clark Park.  It is an out and back along the dike.  Be prepared, it can be windy. Run east on trail.. You will need your GPS. Send you results to [email protected]    

This event is free and open to the public. Run the Vancouver Lake course anytime during the last 2 weeks of February and send me your GPS file. And you will be listed in the results. Send you results to [email protected]
